I submitted a ticket on the 24th of December and I have yet to receive a reply from Outspark is it normally meant to take this long?

The support staff were out of the office on the 25th and working in a limited capacity on December 26th.

Depending on when on the 24th you submitted your ticket, it's only been in our system for 2 and a half business days.

As you might imagine, we've been especially busy this holiday season and are working to respond to support tickets quickly.

In the meantime, please double check to make sure your issue is not already addressed in our Outspark Knowledge Base (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list), and if you don't get a response shortly, be sure to let us know.
