If they released it before they finished getting the bugs out of it, the forum would then be swamped with complaints about it not working properly.

Let it slide until they finish it and have it working at least halfway decently, otherwise so many people will have problems with it that nothing else will get done.

1) A reward implies you did somthing to deserve it.

2) The ToS state that there will be regular server maintinence as well as spot maintinence. You agreed when you made your account that you understand and accept this.

3) If you read the announcement, you would know that the server didn't crash. It was taken down because OutSpark had discovered some kind of unexpected problem with the servers.

That being said, the early closure of the servers also means there's a greater chance of getting back to the game. Just be patient and treat this as if it were any other maintinence. ;)
