Initialize Error?

Hello, I'm a newbie that tried to install your game and I'm having a bit of trouble at this moment. Please let me explain the situation.

I downloaded this game about last around 8:15pm EST.
Once I was done downloading I had registered my account and attempted to connect with the server. However, when I entered the main menu after signing in, immediately it read "Failed connect to server" and would kick me off. At this time I decide to do some information gathering in the event section and installation section of the forums. I thought it might've been because of the maintenance, so I decided to wait til today.

Checking today, the problem still persists, so I decided to download the manual patches. The first one didn't work, however I manage to download the manual patch from 12.23.08. (I read that there was one for 12.30.08 but I didnt see it anywhere). Continuing, after the patch was done I check again to see if i'm able to get on. Before the application has a chance to get to the main screen an error appears reading "Application Initialize Error, Riding.shn InitError!!" followed by "Game Data Initialize Fail!". At this time I took the liberty to download that same manual patch several times to make sure there wasn't any missing data. But the same messages still appear. Any suggestions?

i am upset with the support we get from this game's admin
atleast let us know u are working to fix an issue instead of leaving us hanging on ur forum

ya i post couple problems on here and also emial CSR but still no reply i rather have we have no clue whats wrong then no answer at all but hmmm maybe try unstall n redownloading the game over again

its probably your internet connection if not then maintenence if not that then i don't know. hope this helps

oh well i re~installed it and it's working now
try re~installing it even though it's a total bish to do

The issue:

You can't log in and it tells you that you are having initialization errors errors or that you have an error with a game file.

Why this happens:

One or more of the game's system files has been corrupted or altered in a malicious way. (Did you forget to have an anti-virus program? Shame on you.)

How to fix:

Re-install. Simple as that.
