Another PKK Call for Aid

Seems the same guy is in the 50 abyss again, the same lv 67 mage, PKing people left and right again. Im hearing it straight from guildies lv 50 that are in there, losing exp to this guy who is killing left and right. Note: Im not gonna say his name here. Anyone who says his name openly in the thread, I will ask a CL to remove it. This one isnt being closed for blacklisting.

I dont want to have to pm his name and put the target on him specifically by name to avoid any violations, but if you must know then contact me in game. If you pop into the 50 abyss I guarantee youll find him out without anyone telling you.

Calling all PKKers again. Lets take this sucker down =,= A lv 67 shoudlnt be in the 50 abyss killing people who deserve to be there and are actually within the lvl restrictions.

Location: lv 50 abyss. Just inside the entrance
Lvl range of abyss: ?~66.
Other info: "sits in his house, then ambushes people"
He also likes to sit behind the pillar by the portal guy, so when you finish loading he attacks you and you cant see him.
Has over 3k hp, in other words: charms and extenders to be expected
Seems he has a fighter buddy, which if you manage to escape the mage, his fighter buddy gets you
Likes to go by the gate guard, and log out, yes LOG OUT, not leave

Im doing this not just because I use that abyss, but friends, and strangers use it. Its our place for lvling. Yes, abyss has pvp option, but running around HARASSING people, killing then when they run, or ask you to stop, killing them when thyre loading, or trying to leave, is HARASSMENT.

They should, but Im sure its harder than it sounds.

It should be, when you logout in there and youre not within the lvl limits, it puts you in elderine.

Or a simple solution: if you logout in abyss, it automatically puts you out in Elderine.
OR
If you die in abyss, it ports you out into Elderine when you hit Move.

I was shocked to read a conversation in the Guild chat that said this today. I don't really want to take sides though just because I don't know the whole story. The automatic transportation would be nice for people who are within the level limits. It keeps things fair.

Power leveling a friend or not, if you're outside of the level limits, then you don't belong in the area. It's like the whole FBZ dispute. People who were 30 or 40 levels higher than the limit that was set for Roumen during the Christmas event were being unfair by killing people left and right. Removing these higher leveled players calmed the place. Hopefully transporting people who logout (while in the abyss) to Eldy wouldn't be too hard of a task.

I cannot have screenshots from another persons account. That would require me to be on as them, which we all know is account sharing and NOT ALLOWED by the TOS, so stop asking for me to blacklist these people. Im NOT going to tell you their names just because you want to know who you got caught PKing.

Point being: Youre PKing constantly and harassing members in the abyss. They cant get out, and cant come in for a bit of lvling or even fun without you going crazy on them. When they join forces and team up, you get angry, and go bonkers like now. You want to know why certain guilds went there and ganged up on you? It wasnt me. Nope. My alt is in that guild, and cannot enter that abyss. I logged in to hear them already talking about it, after you had been constantly PKing one of their members.

Yep, I was careful. I didnt blacklist. And there could be more than one lv 67 mage down there. I know back when lvl limit was 50-59, I was in there at 59 on my cleric, and lvld down there helping friends. And i wasnt the only one either. I left immediately though. Didnt like being 60 there.

Yup. I mean, I go into places and help people level, I use my different characters to go to abyss and help them mob, but just because my cleric is 85, doesnt mean I go into the 70 abyss and PK people. And its not just the lv 50-60s who are getting it. The lv 20-40 who ar ein there are also being PKd as well.

The lvl limit ends at 66. If youre above that, youre not meant to be there. You are actually taking advantage of a glitch, which I believe somewhere in the TOS it says its against the rules to take advantage of any glitch in the game.

You PKd me, and I didnt do squat to you. I was RUNNING AWAY. Even asked you to stop. I even ran to the gate and left for an hour, and came back, and you STILL PKd me. You even PKd me after I hit move and was standing at the guard trying to port out.

And I think the sheer fact that people are flocking down there by the guilds (By the guilds mind you, E_R wouldnt have flocked down for some random person telling them to), to defeat you tells you that you are PKing people.

If you dont want to be PKd in return for harassing people, then stop the harassing, and get out of an abyss youre not meant to be in. Youre nto even within the lvl range.

Personal dispute my little grey behind. If this person is 67 in the 5x abyss then they are breaking the rules. The level range for this zone is 10~66, exploiting a loophole by staying in past that range is a violation of the TOS. Just because the game LETS you do something doesnt mean its ok. Remember the relog rez bug? Or many other exploits the game LET you do. That is plain and simple cheating.

A 67 trying to zone in to that zone cannot. That zone is not allowed for 67+ to go into. Therefore being 67 in there is against the design. There is no argument about that. You cannot justify it. PK, whatever who cares, the fact is they are cheating.

You just got done claiming earlier that you had no charms/extendors on whatsoever.

Exactly, and Im going to see if I can talk to some Staff Member to fix this. Id go find the quote in the TOS but atm Im laggin so bad my Firefox will barely load pages, but Im sure somewhere in tehre it says that exploiting the game via ANY glitch, is against the rules.

1) level limit for 50 abyss is 10-66. You are 67.
2) If you were not already in Abyss, you would not be able to get in the 50 one, because you are lv 67.
3) You knowingly went in there and lvld, to exploit the bug.

Oh and by the way, when you agree to the TOS, you are essentially signing a contract. So yes, you must follow it, and yes, you must LIVE it, because if you do not follow the TOS for the game, then you are breaking that contract.

Alright, since you guys have completely disregarded my previous warning about the bickering, I'm going to close this.

As I've said before, if you have a problem with somebody, either take it to a PM or report it.

And Hornia, I completely missed that little detail about the level limit. If you wish to report someone for exploiting a bug in the game, please do so by contacting a CSR (which you can do through my signature)and it will be properly investigated if provided sufficient proof.
