Rogues... UNITE!

I'd like to ask my fellow Rogues to share their tips and builds and all of that good stuff here!

I'm going with the 3DEX:1SPR build, and hopefully will become an Assassin in the future.

Well I had a rogue.

A few builds I know are.

(FULL DEX)
(4 DEX 1 SPR the other level) <--- I did that

Full DEX or 3DEX:1SPR. By the way, was your Rogue okay in PvE too? I'm not going to be all focused on PvE, but I'll need to level somehow, and PvP doesn't give all too much EXP.

My build was pvp because when your a rogue in pvp you really just stealth in and out and attack.

Just whenever you kill monsters just make sure you have a plan or alot of hp points.

Yes just like that.

Theres also another build that people use in korean version since I play there sometimes.

level 1-10 all DEX and then do the 4 dex then 3 dex 1 spr

hey, just curious, is the rogue here similiar to the rogues in Maplestory? As in do they get speed buffs and use stars?

no the rogues here use daggers but they get a skill later than can throw a star.

i been rouges for every mmos i played and the best for me is 4dex for every even lvl and for every ods are 3dex 1spr. and if there is goin to be 5points every level after 30 than i would recomend 3dex and 2spr.

why not up the ante a little and after the lvl 30 make do 4 dex 1 spr on even and 3 dex 2 spr on odd? Then it looks even better to me 0_0

I think I'm going to be a rogue...dealing high damage in split seconds...=P Souns good, I think I'd be aiming for Assasin over trapper as well.

Ok here is what my knowledge of both Classes is an Assassin is Quick and likes to Poison and hide from the enemy. They are very fast. a Trapper uses, for lack of a better word, Traps to Destroy their enemies. Trappers are sometimes Godlike with their bombs which do a HUGE amount of dmg. but i am still going Sin. i just love the look hehe. for an example of how a trapper would fight here is an account i read.

The Trapper would drop a Proximity bomb and that he would Puppet a Mob, (Puppet makes the mob do whatever the trapper does) and walk the mob into the bomb. Almost always an Instant Kill. heh

Assasin is good for pvp.

Trapper is annoying is pvp they can lure you in there traps.

Here is an idea: use hide skill, sneak up on enemy and unhide and use poison, then use hide again and wait for them to die down, then unhide and finish them off ;D

sounds great on paper but it seems there is a damn timer between using hide again after you have become visible. i have been PVP'ing and i would hide sneak up and than stun, poison strong, attack. than i would try to hide again and it would not let me. and i know the skill reset itself while i was hidden so no quick hides for us :p

erm...buy the adv class license from the wep shop in the ozi village (2nd one) and get (I think) the hat trinkets from the monkey soldiers....

A trappers bomb only does 100-150 damage, but they can be very useful when being chased by 5 people with low health in PvP.

Also i thought training with a trapper would be easy, cause id just mob and set traps, but after they took away the all effecting fire skills, it seems like it would take a lot of time and MP.

Whats the all effecting fire skill?

it's some gay bug in the outspark version that when you use a fire attack on one monster in close aproccimation to more monsters it only affects the one monster...
in the GnG version fire attack would damage up to around 6-8 monsters...
it makes leveling some classes a lot harder T.T

I used 3dex 1spr(4dex 1spr after 30) in the cb on outspark, and I plan on using it in ob/full version as well. Although a monk will be my main.
