Your Windslayer event ideas?

I'd definitely like to see a PvP tournament hosted by GMs, players could sign up and be put into a round-robin type bracket...

Maybe a hide-and-go-seek every now and then.

DEFINITELY a Double EXP and Drop Rate event on holidays, and some weekends.

Cash Shop Mall bonuses (30% more SparkCash or something)

Im not expecting a change because the korean version of Windslayer is the exact same lol..but they do have alot more exp stuff.

I'd actually like to see a few storyline events or one-time occurrence events. At least something other then, "oh noes random monster invasion!111!one!!", though I do admit those are often fun too. =p

They won't reset your chars after Open Beta, Only Closed Beta.

Hmm with my experience Outspark will have one CBT, And if something goes wrong, Or they need to re-test, They will have a CBT 2 like on Project Powder and BlackShot.

But seriously if the time between CBT and OB takes as long as BlackShot, I bet i will get sick of waiting and find another game.

No, it wouldn't! Imagine everyone having about 100 HP and this happening:

Randomdude attacks halpme for 1 damage!
Halpme blocks randomdude's attack!
Halpme does critical damage to randomdude... 2 damage!

One day you're minding your own business in town, you know same old same old, there's the potion shop, there's the weapon shop, there's the ques- OH SHI- suddenly 100 angry boars come charging out of nowhere then you turn to run but there's 100 people at your back ready to face the invasion and it's epic.

what they are are minibosses in a sence they spawn in weaker places and have like a 3rd of their HP but basically the same monster

Due to the timing of the game's release and whatnot, A Valentines Day Event is looking good :)

But please if you do do it make it better than the maple story events. Those are god awful and just promote excessive grinding for silly redeemable items.

for OB, give restats at like lvl30 or something so we can play around with what we wana do for stats and figure out what we like

1) I would say having a PVP system as all attacks are based on your stats and game eq. and not from Cash Items (Eq like give you +20 att, +10% def etc type of Cash eqs). Have a fair PVP system where in PVP, you are completing your own character build, stats, skillof combat etc against other player without having a losing end of other players getting extra stats from the Cash Eqs. And let players gain points that can be used for exchanging of some Equipments or items in game.

2) Another one is item collecting quests to let players to exchange a gift box that has a random of items like give 5 herbs / Eqs / Etc items and etc) (Honest speaking..most of the item collect quests are kinda su*ks =X due to the drop rate)

This one can be a good idea provided that is open to all players. Some other games requires players to buy Cash items before they get to join the event.

Having a MVP event where the last person who killed the boss gets extra exp point on top of the basic exp gained (sounds like RO... lol).

I wonder what types of events will be up for valentines day. They might even try to make it like a korean valentines day which is "white day."

Valentines day love town.
special items (of course)
awesome events ("better than the maple story events")
A red and white ball for those who just want to socialize or special events as a couple. etc.

just small ideas that could be developed later :D
