Opps sorry... it adds 5% to normal crit rate which is already 10%... so 15% in total....


Question:

On the 80 +9 wand, is the base damage and/or aim higher than white?

that it is.... plus the difference from aim to a bk wand is minimal to no difference... like 50 difference on aim... and the end is yummy that it adds around 300-350 hp
