Menu Not Working

Sometimes whe n I go to the main page the menu doesnt work. I end up having to refresh the site a few times before the menu pops up again. When it doesnt work, it says something about not having the flash plugin version necessary for it to work. I have downloaded the most recent version so it cant be the reason. I have a windows Vista. Any ideas what might be wrong?

The fact you have Windows Vista.








Joke. (Or is it), anyway, the reason is properly that your the plug in for your browser isn't working properly (try a different flash site, see if it works then) or the flash install itself is corrupt (try installing it again)

I tried installing it again it sorta works now...Its a bit slow. The menu appears like 5 seconds after the page loads
