Nope, everyone can download it. But you get a key in your email, which is needed to "officially" get you in the beta. But as said before, I'm sure everyone will get in, it's probably in the typical "wave" format.

Ahh. I haven't really tried to go farther than the Launcher. Just opened it to download patches. XD I just assumed it wouldn't go past the Launch screen. I apologize for that.

Many have said it looked similar. There are those that played the pre-outspark version that said it is nothing like MS though. I don't know myself because I have never played. >.<

If you received the email from Outspark, there is a code in the email. Make sure you display images if you're having trouble seeing the code.

You signed up for the CBT drawing. Outspark has to send you an invite for you to be able to play during testing. You can, however, download the game. You just will not be able to play without that invite until after the closed beta tests.
