Trappers will destroy assassins... u try that quick attack and run right into our bombs, we get u with the mimic move, we have done 400+ damage... so we will see who is left standing on the field..

I've always never gone rogues in mmo's because every single other rogue player is an absolute twit who thinks he/she actually is a ninja and thinks they have to speak in code, or only speak to you around the back of buildings or some crazy shiyat like that.

well i'm personally going to be a trapper because right before GnG windslayer ended and in CBT there was nothing but sin's -.- but i personally think in all my experience, that trappers and sins are the closest things to equal second classes out of any of the other classes ^^
though one on one a trapper trumps any other class (once you get puppet) except maybe fighters. and sins are very versatile in fighting larger groups :D

In GnG version, the highest leveled player (not the hacker ToughGuy) was a trapper^^
I wanted to ask him questions about being a trapper but he was always training...

And this would be my attacking guide on trapper...

First you gotta stun, hit twice with weak attack, lay bomb under them, use mimic move, poison, lay another bomb, stun again before the move wears off, weak attack twice, lay bomb under them and poison again.

In one combo they have less then half hp left^^

As for the thread itself, I've played the Rogue and Assassin class in every MMO i've been in and i guess i am just best suited for this class. I havent played the game yet but its got me interested after i watched a video of it.

I just hope my name isnt already taken O.o

I'm going to be an Assassin, since it seems to have more of the quick kill and stealth aspects of the class, which has always catered to my play style. Although I am curious to see how the Trappers turn out. I'm hoping they're somewhat similar to the Trapasins from Diablo 2.

Kinda what it sounds like. Just full stats into traps (the lightning trap was most popular), lay a bunch out, and sit back. Very fun for Baal runs and such.

But if I'll go for a class that is annoying as hell, I'll choose trapper for rather obvious reasons. But I also like to attack fast, even if its weak(Or strong for that matter), so Assassin is another option. I'll just end up making both.

I'll probably make a class that can help me get a good economy fast, and then I'll start making rogues.

Trapper of course I've fought with sins and trappers b4 in last WS and by far trappers pwn anything that moves I stood my ground well with 2 diff sins last time but for some reason trappers killed me time and again and they just kept getting better...... trappers kill fast running/jumping objects...... all those bombs when put to good use or right place is very deadly
