Apart from the rookie class, Xenian, there are 6:

Fighter
Rogue
Archer
Magician
Acolyte
Predictor

Yea.. It's best described as a melee fighting support class..
Some say its alot like a Paladin and some say it differ from the Acolyte that it focuses on buffs rather than heals. We'll see when we'll be able to join CB :)

Found this list thorugh a link someone posted to a fan-forum here. It's the prefered weapons that each class uses in the japanese version. Thought it could be intresting:

Xenian: Daggers/Swords
Fighter: Swords (Ranges from 1H to 2H)
Rogue: Daggers, some swords
Archer: Bows (No XBows from the looks of it)
Magicians: Staffs
Acolyte: Wands
Predictor: Maces/Scepters

I dont think their are actually Predictors or Rogues in the game. I went to the main site and they only have 4 options...Mage, fighter, Acolite, Archer...those were all they had. 2 of those classes become Predicter and Rogue in the first job advncement...thats what I saw at least.

Yea, i got confused by that too.
But if you take a close look on this picture (taken from the official japanese site) you'll notice that the Xenian has infact 6 advancement branches to chose from. There are a few "coming soon" and "news" headline-feeling to it though so one guess would be it's going to be introduced into the japanese version soon. So whenether the eng version will go the same update way the jap version did or not will probably be what decides if there'll be 6 or 4 classes from the start.

Well like fiesta, SoS is a different name for the same game in another country.
As to who is developping this game, no idea tbh... maybe DNC (just a guess)
