Even if you did not get invited into Close Beta through e-mail, you can still join close beta

go to http://windslayer.outspark.com/

log-in using your outspark ID (or register for one)

a screen will appear, asking you if you would wish to join Close Beta

and if you click on it, the download link for the game automatically appears, admitting you into Close Beta

no... if u try and log into the game it wont let u... it says that u have not been invited to atten closed beta or the game is closed for maintenance

*agreed* That is what they made the key for. There is only a certain number of people they want online during testing because they want to make sure everything is running right, and if not, fix the problems, before they open WS's doors to everyone. They want the game to be the best it can be for their players. That is what the initial testers are for. It is easier for them to fix problems if there are not so many people bogging the servers.

Downloading the game doesn't grant you access, you still have to verify your key (which are all the same, Re: Utakata's thread).

Yea um were the cbt keys sent out yet *stares at e-mail screen intently waiting for e-mail*. It's January 4th where I am and I haven't gotten my cbt key yet does that mean I didn't get accepted.

Yeah. Your just downloading the game but you can't login or do anything until you have the key.

Anyway, moot point, we all start with nothing for OBT, and that's coming out in less than a week now. As for the gift, it's probably just some accessory that does nothing except let anyone who actually checks your equipment (as it won't just be displayed), know that you were in the CBT.

Or maybe some cool-looing plus-10-to-every-stat clothing that goes over normal clothing. Ha, like that'll happen...
