Would it by chance be saying "closed beta"? That's the only unauthorization I can imagine being this is Open Beta.
If that is indeed the fact, re-DL the game client and re-install.

I have just done that but the problem remains.
I download the client firstly from mirror site,then I download from the official site and re-installed.
After the patch auto updated,I tried but still give me same msg,I even changed/reset my password still no use
Have been trying since Sept till now,think giving up soon...

I got -"this ID blocked"... I have no idea why and have yet to receive a reply to my e-mail inquiry regarding the reason- I created another account and can access the game-
but I really am upset that I built up those characters and was on the verge of making the job change- working to get the skills up and saved my silver- and poof- can't play.
