Ok so i was coming from forrest perimeter into Elderine and when i got there everything was blue... then i walked a bit and i was up really high in the air...

Someone told me to go on my mount so i tried and it didnt work...
I ended up just relogging and all was fine

It's a common glitch.. relog and you'll be good. Tends to happen in Eld and Roumen.
