basicly: Its a program that allows you to talk with other people through your microphone.
Anyways @topic I'm not gonna put one up, though maybe you can ask a fansite of sos to start one ^^ another idea: It could be fun to start an irc channel for sos though.

Well, you can make a teamspeak server for free, so someone with an unused computer that is half-way decent should make one if possible.
