cure t3

I have checked elderline and uruga for cure t3 spell scroll but I can't seem to find them.

You sure it's not available from skill master Cyburn in Uruga? If you're over level 60 try him again, if you haven't become paladin yet take another look at the paladin master in Elderine.

The only other npc that has skills is Nina, Cure T3 might be available from her.
