Cash Shop is it fair?

Ok iv seen in a few topics here and in the forums of other games people dont like cash shops and think its unfair 2 have powerful weapons or pets in PvP or PvE so i thought hey im a cash shop ***** ill have tons of cash shop items and these people(not ment 2 hurt any one just stateing)

1. these people are mainly kids/adult with no money

2.kid/adults who think spending money on online games is stupid/waste

so they think it totaly unfair for a person to have better stats then they do because they where willing 2 spend real money to enjoy the game more.why should any company greatly change their game because you can get the money or you dont want to spend the money for some cool items

yes it would be cool if every thing in cash shop just cost victy but then the game wouldnt make money and it wouldnt be free game(maple another game)

even though there is more to this id just like 2 say

please stop bishing you dont have to buy anything if you dont want to just know when you fight some one with cash shop items yes they have stat boost but you can still beat them your just looking for something to blame your lose on and how do you think free games are free?

keeping their customers with money happy by selling cash shop items thats worth their money!

its 100% fair i say what do you think?

Stat + items from the cashshop ARE not fair.

Although there's extra clothing in the cash shop, there's some pretty awesome clothing items that can be bought in the Boutique shop with victy and gold.

I can see what you're saying, but stat plus items ARE unfair. You say this:

One of the strangest comments I have ever heard. Sure, you CAN beat them, but it reduces your chances significantly, it makes the fight uneven. Of course people are going to blame it on that. Imagine I fought you. I don't have any CS stat boost but you do, we fight and it ends up you beat me by 10hp. I think I can safely say that the fact you had a stat boost changed the outcome. Which takes away from the game, PvP is all about skill.

Don't get me wrong, I love using cash shops, I understand companies need money, but stat boost items of any kind are just foul and your argument is also.

Try to think this way: Cash Shop items should improve the enjoyment of the game for you, not reduce the enjoyment of the game for others.

Exactly, just cosmetic items and 2x exp cards, stat reset cards, thats sweet, it's just anything that boost stats i dislike

stat boost items help nothing foul about it it all depend on you skills yes you could lose because they have boost but you chance of winning is still the same depending on you skills i watch a lv.10 warrior beat a lv.32 berserker and no the berserker wasnt a noob iv seen him do awsomely before they could make it "fair" by lettign the boost only apply 2 PvE but w/e ill buy w/e they sell lol i agian think its 100% fair

mm if they made it only for PvE it would be okay. And you can't bring up the "skill" argument, cos if we fought loads and it was always a draw, before you got CS items, and then after you get CS items you always win, tis not fair.

The whole idea of PvP is finding out who is the most skilfull(or maybe lucky :P), not who spent the most money.

I agree that stat boosting items are pretty unfair in a game with heavy emphasis on PvP.

this game has refined items meaning CS would be the same as refined but you didnt have 2 spend so much time trying 2 refine it so they should remove refining to?

all same vs. all same=fair
all same vs. CS boost=unfair

No - Cash Shops ARE NOT FAIR.

But that's life, it's not fair. Suck it up and deal with it. Also learn how to type please.

Additionally, the definition of fair is the following:

Definition: of no exceptional quality or ability.

With a cash shop you have exceptional quality and ability, so to say the cash shop is fair is an obvious mistake.

the cash shops might be unfair in a sense... but seeing as the game is free u shouldnt be complaining too much, maybe making suggestions on changing some items or their effects, but u shouldnt go around and put them down and flame the cash shops... if ur playing a game that has a ridiculously unfair cs and ruins or bores ur game play, i would suggest u try to find another game.

i do agree that in some cases a cs can be unfair, but thats their reason, to give an advantage so that ppl DO spend their money in them. (again my opinion on this can vary depending on the severity of the "unfairness", but i wouldnt exactly complain, just give an opinion)

The fact IS and will REMAIN that the cash shop is unfair due to the fact that you get an advantage - Hell I use the cash shop at times, I am NOT against it.

Uhm...well to be blunt ur contradicting yourself by saying you use the CS. But that's menial, what's being debated here is whether or not stat boosting Cash Shop items are an unfair advantage to those with money. This is true, BUT considering I've seen another game like this with a similar format like Grand Chase which does offer stat boosting items in its CS. However, skill does play a factor in if you win or lose. Think of a race between two people, some guys got a decently upgraded vehicle but can't drive for beans (sorry had to censor myself-not sure if swearing is okay....) now consider his opponent who's car is not modified but he can drive better than the rest. Who do you think will win? When it comes down to it, it's a matter of skill. Games are based on skill, dexterity, and acuity basically, the better the player you are the less those with Cash Shop items will affect ur play. And besides, if you allow something like that to enter your mind while PvP'ing you will lose. Have faith in your skill and you will prevail<3 ^_^
