If it is possible how could you transfer items, from one character that you may have. Too another character without having to ask someone hold onto the stuff you want to transfer.

Ex: You have kron you want to put onto your other chracters.

From only tranferring on your computer.

It won't let me add my other character unless there online.
I can't do a 1-1 Trade.

Is there any way possible to do this?

You use your hotel aka bank. Put items and kron you want in the bank, log into the character you want to use and go to the hotel. All items are available to all your characters

Both are early quests, the one for kron was added later on.
