Yeah you can. I opened Wind Slayer before and you have a choice to play in window or full screen mode (obviously.)

Yeah. If you opened it before it said you couldn't (the game maintenance or you haven't been invited thing) you could see it.

I hope it will, I hate to play 2D-Side-Scrolling games with fullscreen option.
