Guild Notice & Quiet Title

I'm currently trying to get the Quiet title. I know this sounds kinda odd, but I can't take any chances since I have limited game-play time: If I edited the guild notice, would it effect my chance of getting the Quiet Title?

i can't say that for sure.. the only non-speaking title i've gotten is Stammerer (acquired while vending). i know people that have gotten their silent/quiet titles while using the vendor sign to talk, i would think guild notice would be similar.
