Yes, if you gender change, your looks get completely reset to the default style you chose at the beginning of the game.

Aww, would have thought if you already had a Basic/Premium Hair Style, gender changing would give you the Basic/Premium hair choice of the opposite sex.

if you already have a CS hair style and then use your gender change you will loss your heir style. that is what i am hearing but i believe it is true
