Newbie Squire Question

For the stats below, what are the stat point which gives bonus upon adding?

Example : every 15 pow gives extra +1 atk (example only :p)

For Agi, Men and Sta, what are the bonus points when the stats reach a certain limit? I think there's bonus for Agi and Men but not sure about Sta.

i think agi gives u nothin ;_;

same for neophytes .. POW doesnt give me any attack .. i only put points on POW for shields :D

also i think u shulde have full POW untill knight .. cuz u need 16 agi to hold bravery blade for warriors and i think 17 agi to hold right&left justice blade
