not sure if this question has been answered but when you lvl and get the points for the skills what are they supposed to do i used them but i dont see no difference or change in the skills they hit the same and cooldown the same do i have to like add alot of points to see anything change? Also should i just save the points for later on in them game?

Depends on the skill...if you put 5 points in cooldown for level 1 magic missile for instance, you will see dramatic difference...
