Site information isn't matching

I was looking through the information on the SoS site and noticed a few things:

Game basics quoted:
Strength (STR) : affects Attack and WT (weight of portable items)
Intelligence (INT) : affects Magic Attack
Agility (AGI) : affects Attack speed, an Accuracy rate, Critical, and Moving Speed
Wisdom (WIS) : determines Magic Defense and MP
Vitality (VIT) : increases HP
Dexterity (DEX) : affects Accuracy rate, Defense, Magic Defense, and Skill Testing Speed

2 (3) Notes:
1. It is said to be Strength (STR), when looking at the screenshot posted below the text it says POW (Power). (I personally do like STR more)
2. At DEX it says "Skill Testing Speed" ehm, is "Skill Casting Speed" meant here perhaps? Maybe Testing is correct, but oh well.
3. At STR it says "weight of portable items". So items weigh less the more STR/POW you have? Or are you able to carry more weight?

I'm assuming it's like RO, so you have a higher weight capacity with more str, and a faster casting speed with more dex.

Skill testing speed actually means skill cooldown time according to a japanese SoS wiki. The information is accurate when I compared it with that website. The information does match but they need to correct a few translating mistakes.
