Password and email give problems

Hi...
Yesterday evening my sister had play with her account she has d/c at the gate of aew and today when she have try to log in appaire this message " please check that your email and password are correct" but are correct!
So i'm go on the fiesta site and i have try to do the log in from there but notthing... same problem...
I have think the some one have change the password but enyone know that password only her... she hasn't give her info at anyone no email no nick no password!
i have try in fish with the password lost and when i write her email and i click on reset password appaire this message "Sorry, na****.be***@hotmail.it is not recognized as an Outspark email address."

I don't know what can be happned... i hope that some Gm or forum staff can help me....

I say sorry if i have write in wrong section or if i have opened one new topic silly...and sorry also for my incorrect inglish but is not more easy for me write in this linguage
