like the title says, where could i buy/find the book that'll teach me to making scrolls?? i went to ruby's shop but its not there

skills are a little hard to figure out to start with, that link should help a bit, and every alchemy skill that says spell scroll in Ruby is scroll making also.

thnx for ur help but i tried again and i still couldn't find that scroll...
btw none of them said spell scroll

The recipe for scrolls are in page 2/3 of alchemy skills from Skill Master Ruby in Roumen.
