How do you make them? I know how to make regular ones but can't figure out how to get lucky or blessed ones.

they cant be made, only found in chests and as drops in abyss zones

Can also get from mining rocks, and quests.

shove a normal elrue up your left nostril and you will get lucky elrue

shove a normal elrue up your right nostril and you will bet blessed elrue ^^
