I am new to Fiesta Online, when I downloaded the game, it gave me a launcher error. As in Send error report or don't send. Can somebody please help me out with my problem?

go to your computer, program files and delete all the fiesta files, and also the shortcut on the desktop and reinstall, I installed it and I ended up missing a launcher in it so I had to reinstall...now I just have to fix it for windows 7
