Is it really like this?

I wonder if only me who download the game client with the very slow speed. I waited for around 5 hours and the launcher only install 60120/600699k. I am using streamyx and with 100MB speed. But usual download speed is around 60kbps. So how long did you all download this Fiesta Client?

mine took the whole night.... or at least when i woke up it was done..

Since everyone is downloading the same file from the same host, the speed will most likely be slow because of their end unless they have a really good host. But I imagine that the amount of people downloading the client at one time is very large...

mine took like 10 mins but i cant play ... does this mean i wasnt invited to the beta?

Mine took 5 minutes to download. Depends on your connection. It's not their side, though.

Your rate of download speed is usally determined by two factors. These are the most common:

1) A lot of excited people are anxious to play the game and so the dowload link repeatedly pressed.
2) (Your internet connection) has reached peak time (a lot users online with the same service) and so this also tends to slow down the download.

Tappy: Either you weren't invited (check your email to see if you recieved a letter of invitation, but a message usually appears in the log in screen that tells you if you were invited or not) or you can try see if the problem resides with your DivX version.
