they sell to vendors (NPC) for 100c.
You'll people trying to buy for less, but don't believe the hype. If you can't find a better rate from a player, take it to the vendor, unless you take the production skill that uses them.
I don't have it so I'm not sure what skillset that falls under.

Copper lumps, Silver Lumps. etc. are NOT used in tradeskills. They are basically money. You sell them to vendors. That is ALL they are good for.

There's the definitive answer. Thanks Trebori, I always sell em anyways so now it just makes me laugh that people are charging double and triple for them when they can only be sold to vendors for a set rate.
What a laugh.
