Ok so i got the data from becoming one for myself and i decided to share it with the rest of you WS CBT'ers. The first of 5 total quest's starts when you finally get to that level 30.
Step 1. Once you hit 30 go back to the mage's town in balduran or w/e and talk to esterjole she will have 2 types of quest's one is the becoming of a elementalist or the choosing of summoner. Well since i didn't go for summoner you gonna have to wait for some other lackey to post about there quest's.:( but anyhow
Step 2.1st part of 5 she wants you to collect 1 of each: 1 aqua seed 1 earth seed 1 wind seed and 1 fire seed. you can get these by herbing from the imperial brush. The chances of getting them are rare like 1/45 shovels from what i found out lol. But anyways once you have them take them back to her and she set's you of on the 2nd part.
Step 3. which is now you have to collect for her 5 flawed elemetriums. You aquire these by crafting 5 regular elestones, you're chance to make one succesfully depend on you're level of alchemy or w/e. So now that you know that you need regular elestones the best way to get them is mining the imperial rocks. you'll need the regular shovel to do this. Once you have all the flawed elementriums take them back to her and she give's you the next part.
Step 4. This is the pretty simple part if you been in amuska(most likely since that's were you well be questing and grinding till 30!) then you know what you gotta do, she give's you the simple task of having to slay 30 B.H. pikemen. Note* do not do this before or after you finish the quest to kill 10 each because you dont get any towards you're quest for esterjole if you also are doing the slay 10 quest!
After you've finished off the whole 30 of them time to head back to her and speak about the next and final task!
Step 5. Now this too is pretty easy part, she want's you to kill off 2 wasablanca's, these creature's can be found near the hardest part of the maps on the right side of town there is usually 2 of them on map sometimes 1 then the next spawns so afterwords. Once you find and slay both of them head back to esterjole and she now grants you the class of Elementalist!
Note* I dont know if you need the advance liscense to start or finish these quests because i still have the one i bought before i turned 30 so if you cant start or finish the quests and you're at 30 save up 1000g and 1000 victy go buy the advance liscense and then try starting or finishing the quests.
