Okay so as I was browsing my friend's list, I saw that mentor option. It said a little about it, but I was wondering if someone could explain it a little more.

I know the Mentor gets extra xp everytime a mentee kills a mob... though I think once they hit lvl 10 and change classes they are taken off the list. The xp is so low, it doesn't really help. At in the 20s I was getting 1-12xp everytime my mentees killed something, while I was kill mobs for over 300xp per... it seems flawed or broken as of now
