Fiesta Error? ._. help plz DX

mmkay...after it fineshed the installsheild wizard thingy for my compuer, something pops up, and it says:

I don't really understand what that means, so I just do what it tells me to do.
And when I click on the FIESTA icon, this pops up:

what I'm confused about is...
-What can I do to fix this?
-Do I need administraters permission?
-Did I do something to mess it up?
-Whats sharplauncher?
-Does sharplauncher automaticly get installed along with fiesta or does it need to be installed sepratly?

You're not an idiot. I don't use Sharp Launcher and my Fiesta usually works just fine. Right now I'm having trouble connecting to the servers. D:< It's frustrating cuz I can't do anything about the server issue.
