Really all depends on the lvl and how people handle the class they play :)

For example;
My cleric beat a lvl 76 fighter when he was 72.
Though got owned around that lvl by a lvl 70.

It's about skill :P

cleric can own everything (no sc aloud or scrols) with good luck and judgement of when to heal
an archer can own everything(same as above) with perfect movement
a fighter can own everything(same as above) with good timing of combos
a mage can own everything (same as above) with good timing of combos
on my pally i can own half fighters, 99% of archers, most mages (my level)
on my mage i can own most fighters, some archers, about even with a mage (my level)

Lol i still need to +9 my armors cause im to squishy with they but as u can see u can kill ppl with out they, u can be GOODLY with out +9s :o

lol on my main acc ( which is hacked at the moment >_< ) my fighter can own mages x lvls above her O.O, n i can own fighters at same lvl but only if they are not str build ( n without +9 gears >_>) ;D ( n full str build only if my stun dun fails >< )
... etc

my cleric can own clerics some inher lvl =P n my cleric can kill fighters+ mages n archers =) ( only if they are not estendered or charmed D; )

n mage can own erhm... everything oO? except fighters if they stunns me ><

it rly only depends on the skill combo n if the other person has +9 gears or not

(cleric doesnt fight)
(mage doesnt fight mages)
and archer and tank kill everything everywhere at any time =)

lol I'm a stubborn cleric =p I don't own much ... but it usually takes a lot to own me or the people I'm protecting ^^

Depends on many factors, like the level of the opposing player, the build of the opposing player, and how smart they are as players. I can kill anybody of similar level ranges from any class that is a thoughtless button-pusher with the exception of Full STR Fighters with +9s ("idiot-proof" build with enhancements).

As an archer,It's obvious I own mages that are even 5 levels higher than me I also own fighters easily with some kite (needa evasion and def scroll though){excluding +9 weapons.)
I own archers half the time.
Cleric...hmm,I guess they just can't stop healing,so uh,he gets bored to keep running and using bash and miss all the time,so fight doesn't end.
