I can't contact a CSR! Please help.

Hi, I'm trying to report someone but the link to contact a CSR doesn't work for me! D: When I go to http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask, the page is blank, and the adress isn't even ritten in the Navigation Toolbar. After about one minute, it says "about:blank" in the Navigation Toolbar, but keeps loading. Does anybody know why I have this problem?

works for me, i just tried it.. you may need to relog into your account before going to the link you provided.

EDIT: Nope, it doesn't work... :( I relogged and clicked on your link and it did the same about:blank thingy. Another thing, I;m not sure if this is normal but on the top right hand corner of my screen, it says: "Account|Help|Login" <-- Login? =/

Your browser must be missing some plugins or something. It's a pretty straight forward HTML page. Please empty your cache and delete your cookies then try again.
