darn it i lost 1000exp dying coz my freakin skills especially heal wont work ! wut the hell is goin on >.< this is really annoying!!!

more then likely you had chat open, if the chat box is open. your shortcut keys won't work..
when i die, it's usually because of that.

You probably had the chat bar open or you need to relog to fix that. One of the two, I'd gamble on the former as aegrimonia mentioned.

HE DIDNT HAVE THE CHAT BAR OPEN. This same damn problem is happening to me as well. I made a thread on it too in the feedback forum.
