When applying skill empower for my char, its shown Error code 2179. Need solution for this??

Try closing fiesta, then re-opening it and trying again.

thks advise. but have try its already...many..many time still cant. Any other way? btw me have sent ticket to CSR~~`hope got the reply soon^^
