Problems getting my Class - Rogue

Hello I just got level 10 and talked to Gandalf and then I talked to the shadow guild master. I did everything he told me to do. I got him 10 porks, killed 5 monkey sergeants and also got 10 hat monkey trinkets and I have the class licence ring.

BUT STILL HE WONT LET ME BE A ROUGE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

Hey did the Rogue quest in the CBT but now that it's OPB i've rebuilt my avitar and am at Lv.11 done all the quest items and Vice for the classe change ring but i'm not getting credit for killing the 5 monkey sergants. does any one know what gives?
