Depends on the market.
I think the material cost is 20c.
try sell tier one stones for 30c, if it don't work, make it cheaper.
I would also recommend to sell them at Elderine, near the point, where you can obtain them, or in Roumen near the skill-master (the people are searching for these stones, as they obtain the skill ^^).

150 is tier 1
50 is tier 4
