whats the best build for a solo fighter?

even though im lvl 70 ^_^; i was wondering what is the best build for a solo fighter? mine is currently at STR/SPR

It seems to me that the most efficient solo fighter would be 25 SPR, rest STR. 25 SPR addes to your crit rate. STR is obvious. As a soloist, you should be aiming to do as much damage to a single target as possible. With that, get as much STR on gears/rings as possible. Another good stat for gears would likely be DEX, as it'll add to your aim. I hope that helps you, lord ;)

As STR fighters like to point out that +9 equips make up for the lack of def and high END equips make up for the lack of free stat END, I would like to point out that a +9 Axe makes up for a lack of STR. I solo 90% of my time in Fiesta and have no problems with my 10 SPR and 48 END, which will eventually be 25SPR rest END.

Also, I chuckle when I see an STR fighter die after an MD jump, while I still have 2k HP (no charms/extenders).

But, everyone will play differently and the "best" build is the build that works for you, not the one that works for John.
