Yo, Starting a Guild/Clan

Hello, My Ingame name is going to be Dreconus. I'm going to be starting up a guild/clan. I always think of other's before my self. and i will not be having the weakest guild but i always have time to help other's weaker than me. I love leveling in party's and grouping for whatever pvp event may be going on. i do not require anything of any of my member's except that you play casually or Hardcore... if anyone is not on for more than 2 weeks without notifying me i will have to drop you(no hard feelings).

Well, I've made plenty of guilds before. Most successful, ussually when it's started near games opening. I have a few names in mind, but i was hoping to possibly have a vote from would be guildie's that's what part of this post is for.

I ussually try to avoid overused name's or names related to popular anime, show's, character's, etc. I ussually aim for Originality.

Well now, no one know's if they are going to be in CBT. Even so, cbt char's are wiped(remember that)ballerboy. but, i do like the name Savior. there will probably be a vote or poll later on when we agree on a few selected number of names we like. remember i like Originality.

I am not going to be just inviting anyone. If i do, i will thoroughly watch them and if they are very immature or disrespectful to other guild member's i will clearly boot them. i love to have a friendly enviroment. many succesful guilds are made before a game is out. we can find each other early and lvl to the required lvl for a guild to be established. i like to be organized, but i do not require that of my guild mates. the reason for this method is because i dont want to just plainly ask for you private information, it makes some uncomfortable.

The Problem with Adding ppl now is that there is a 90% chance there "Will not be" a guild in closed beta. this plan is for open beta, because the characters in cbt will just be deleted. cbt may be a way to get to know those ppl and test the game out with them. chances are, ill fall in love with this game. as far as one can love an material object.

Before Open Beta, i will be reading through this entire post. Adding those i Know to be good people, and those that may be promising. of course im not going to go over the limit of max ppl in a guild.

1. i am not wanting a certain class or classes, it will be a variety.
2. this is a guild for Secret of the Solstice
3. it's ok if it is your first time in a mmo or a guild for that matter, im not looking for any speific requirements.
4. the guild will start now, but it will start in-game as soon as possible most likely during obt.

In any case, i would like to join the guild because i feel that guild environments are fun and motivating. Motivation helps you lvl.

I only have one request, should me and my partner be accepted into your guild. Please dont just invite anyone, get to know them, make sure they are mature and most importantly, keep it active.

Dont tell people your IGN before you have them. Why? Because there are those who would love nothing more to make them first just for the fun of doing it.

Also, will making a guild in SOS be anything like RO? If so, its a bit premature to be attempting to form a guild.

Pretty much a random person myself that likes to be part of guilds with active communities. Im usually the person that says overly odd things in chat x)
Like helping out people where I can, leveling, questing, gear hunting etc. I can be both casual and hard-core when it comes to play, but it's pretty much determined by the people around me. If I see people grinding my competitive spirit kicks on and I go at it, if they're loafing around joking I tend to do the same.

im thinking there will be a lvl cap, if not it may be near impossible to get near the req. lvl to make a guild. i have yet to decide the name of the guild for i know someone would steal the awsomeness that is the guild name i will pick. as for member's to join everyone that posts here has a equal chance of joining. if the cap is near 50+ probably everyone here may get invited. but as i said before people may get kicked.

i like people with a sense of humor i believe they are a valuable asset. it put's a smile on ppl's faces when we are in the middle of a 20 hr grind XD.

hmm.. i haven't been in a guild in along time (not on fiesta but another mmo). perhaps you should list the quota of classes your looking for. You probably wouldn't want a guild filled with fighters and not enough clerics?

Havn't ever really joined a guild/clan so i thought WTH might as well give it a try,plus it be cool to socialize with a big group of people,do guild quest(if any)and talk about whatever.

I would probly be somewere in between casual gamer and hardcore.I play lots of MMO's

i am currently writing down all your names as likely candidates for guild, but i heard guild is supposed to cost substantial amounts of money. so, when obt starts. donations would be appreciated and also note that, i have done this before with donations. and write the amount down and i always put the money toward's a guild. it's supposed to be somewhere like 50-100 mil or something like that... and lvl 50-60+... if i ever have any donation money left over. i ussually hold it until anyone in guild needs financial help. i don't like taking what's not mine, it's the entire guilds.
