Problems with the Mara KQ chest

I have done the Mara Pirates KQ twice, and both times I have not received anything from the chest. I always wait to open these chests till I get to town. Anyone know what's wrong?

Also, I always open it on the first page with free space. No new items appear. I am 100% certain of this.

Edit:: Third time, this time I noticed that it gave me an error code. 1814, to be specific.

Same happen to me today, maybe my group got nothing cuz we rushed to boss skipping all the mobs

getting nothing in the reward chest is common. happens all the time to everybody,

Mine wasn't not recieving anything but getting something and almost right after getting teleported and the item disappearing from my inventory

An error 1815 i think it was i was told by someone else zoning may retrieve it but it never appeared
