Free Allocation - Gold Hill = teh Suk for clerics.

My party refused to put the loot on sequential allocation, which basically says to the clerics.. heal us and keep us alive while we take everthing for ourselves.

this is crap.. plain crap.. why am i the only one who feels this way? the whole party got pissed at me because i said so... so it must be just me..

or is it?

And no. Gold hill is meant to be set for Free allocation, not sequencial. You wouldn't like it if you mined out something sweet but someone else in your party got it instead wouldn't you.

no.. we can't mine.. because mining takes a long time.. and every time it's just about time for me to finish the mining, somebody needs a heal.. i have to stop mining, heal, and return to mining.

so no.. we can't mine and be effective clerics.

Fighters really need to get off their high horses on this one.. they are in front getting the sweet loot BECAUSE the clerics keep healing them every time the HP meter drops below half.

I'm going to make a fighter and be pure END and a big bloated ***** who takes everything and never says thanks for anything.. i guess that's the best way to get ahead :)

Mine, don't heal them. Once you complete all 3 Golden Hill KQ quests, don't join a party. Just mine. They want to be selfish, be one yourself too. Thats my policy.

Or an alternative, heal only the ones that didn't diss you. :D


Actually, being a full end cleric, at level 30 you'll have no problem taking abuses from monsters in GH.You can just mine and get abused by the mobs without having to worry about dying. A heal after each ore, perhaps? :p

You can mine faster actually, you know the moving bar that appears bottom middle of your screen when you're mining or harvesting? Point your cursor to that yellow line. Once the moving bar hits it, click it and poof. You get it in an instant.

I just don't heal them, if they're being selfish.. they should have potions and stones anyway - but is not usually a problem. Ppl suiciding out because there's no fighter is worse... is hard enough to get into anyway, n they just waste that chance, even if there's several 30+ other players.
