To become a Beast Master
A lvl 30 Archer can become Beast Master by first going to Emilia in Rockslinwood. Then you must get the 4-part quest "Way of the Beast Master." For the fist part, you need to collect 30 Weeds from Herb Gathering. Next you must get 30 Porks from Pig Dumplings. Then you must get a Firebird Seed, an Aqua Seed, a Wind Seed, an Earth Seed and a Diamond Flower Seed. Firebird seeds are found from imperial herbs and the other seeds are from common herbs. Lastly you need to buy a 2nd Advanced Class License from any weapon seller, you need 1000 Gold and 1000 Victy to purchase it.
[edit] Beasts
A Beast Master's skills focus around calling beasts to assist you in battle. Beasts stand by their master's side until the Beast Master orders them to attack. Each beast has a different attack. The first Beast Master skill is Roaring Wolf. This beast has 10 health at lvl 1 and bites on an enemy causing damage over time. Beasts disappear once their summon time runs out. Beasts also have HP that can be used to protect their master, once they run out of health they disappear.
[edit] Archer - Beast Master
Beast masters are archers who are close to nature and thus have strong rapport with animals.
Beast masters are the masters and the friends of beasts.
Wherever they are beast always reply to their call and gladly fight for them.
Beast masters care for nature and their beast friends.
We can find a record from King 's Ancient Library that all the animals in Beuritania cried sorrowfully when the great beast master Jucibird died.

Personal Notes:
Beast Attack:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111615505.jpg
This is a must-have skill. Without this skill, your "Beasts" are pointless. This skill is the actual skill that enables you to "release", "throw", "command" your beast.
__________
Roaring Dog:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111549740.jpg
The first skill you get as a Beast master. This skill is very good for beginners, as it is very similar to the "Poison" attacks. After the initial contact with the monster, your dog continues to do a constant damage of 10 for an additional eight seconds. In Player vs. Player, it is a constant damage of 16.
__________
Brutal Eagle:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111555131.jpg
This skill is one of my personal favorites. At level 33, it is your strongest attack so far, and also your most deadly in Pvp. Your eagle has the ability to attack monsters/ players that are on a platform that is approximately the height of a player and a half above you.
__________
Lazy Sloth:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111559568.jpg
Okayso, this skill is very handy. It slows down your target immensely, making them way easier to score some hits on. The -5% def hasn't really benefited me that much, I've only seen an improvement of +3 Dmg per attack, when the sloth is in effect.
__________
Tough Bear:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111606131.jpg
This skill, I do not have yet, so I don't know much about it. What I have seen though, is it is used, and used generously as a meat shield. Meat shield meaning, it takes your hits for you, as it is the first beast that has a decent amount of Hp. For your bear to attack the target, your target needs to be standing directly in front of you, as the bear is the only Beast master skill that is not a "projectile".
__________
Cutephant:
http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll112/Allforthelife/20090413111611013.jpg
This skill is amazing. I have only witnessed it from three separate Beast masters, as there are not that many high leveled beast masters out there. This is the only skill that you will receive, that will have the ability to attack more than one target. When "thrown", Cutephant flies (yes, it has miniature wings) In a straight line, through all targets that it comes in contact with. It deals a pretty decent amount of damage, and could also be used as a meat shield; considering it has 165 Hp.
_______________
Pro's and Cons:
Pro's:
A very unique class, as it can summon personal shields.
When fighting another beast master, you can get rid of beasts attacking you, by summoning your own.
A neutral class; meaning they aren't horrible to train, and neither fail at Pvp
Con's:
Major summon cooldown time, leaving you very vulnerable to attacks.
Has a skill that technically Violates the Terms of Service
A tough class to try to mob with.
Oh yeah, and to answer joradn102794,

I don't know the exact amount of time your beast will stay summoned, it's between 1~3 mins. Also, no, you cannot summon more than one beast at a time. The only act remotely close to this would be (scenario for you): You summon a Roaring Dog, use it against a monster/player. Immediately after, you summon a Lazy Sloth, and use it too against the same monster/player. They both remain intact, and on the intended object, because they are two different skills.
If you try to summon a Roaring dog, and use it on a monster/player, and then summon another Roaring Dog, and use it on the same/different monster/player, the same thing will happen no matter which target you choose for your second beast. The first Roaring dog will vanish, either to be replaced by the new one; if you used it on the same target, or vanish off the first target, and only attack the second; if you chose two targets. The same deal goes with the Lazy Sloth.

is the quest hard?
No it's not really hard, you only have to be patient because gathering all the seeds (fire, aqua, wind, earth, etc.) is very very long.
