Save as a bitmap is what I recommend, I'm not 100% sure, but it looks almost as if it got saved as a JPEG.

JPEG can blur pictures a tiny bit, while bitmap keeps the picture perfect.

I found this out the first time I tried to make a signature.

Other than that, very nice!

It's a .png, I always thought they were the best, but I did add a tiny blur all over and glow

I like it. 7/10 It does look a little grainy though.

If you mean the background, then yes, it's meant to be.
