Has anything about your computer, or Fiesta, changed since you lasted logged on to now? (For example, your anti-virus was updated, or Fiesta was updated - if it's one of those two, I have a pretty good guess)

I'm having the same exact problem. Its the new patch. As soon as I downloaded it fiesta stopped working. I've tried reinstalling it, and the only variable has been the patch for me.

Ok. So you removed and re-installed Fiesta. It could be that your anti-virus was updated since the first time you installed Fiesta, but since it had "seen" Fiesta before, it was oking it, but with the "new" Fiesta, it didn't "know" so it didn't OK it.

Teach your anti-virus about fiesta (the non-outspark recommended way is to disable your anti and log on, the outspark recommended way is to go in and change the programs your anti allows. I use the first method.)
