I have the quest to do the first kingdom quest and meet all the requirements, but whenever i try to participate it say quest not found. I have talked to others online who are having the same problem. any help would be great

It's not a bug. It's one of these reasons why it won't work for you:
1) You are trying to access one that's full or already in progress.
2) You are trying to access one that isn't open yet (trying to access the 10am one at 8am)
3) You tried to access one in Recruiting mode and didn't make it in
Those are the ONLY reasons.
