i think the highest crit rate on a green mage weapon is 6% unless its a blue weapon.

its not the best =.= since i sold the really best fighter armor lvl 60, everybody thinks their stuffs are the best. btw, its "godly", i don't think u can sell for 20g, but maybe 12-15g if lucky.

9 stats off from PERFECT stats and no there is no staff out there that has more crit and has godlier stats maybe more crit, but stats arnt as great

xD yes there are Wands as godly as my staff and have higher crit xD, but this is the best staff :p and staffs max crit with compleated lic is 10% (unless its blue)

look, this is a marketing thread, NOT a flame thread on the seller's choice of wording. we all seen how real life advertisements on tv and radios are, so klasd can call this staff the best of teva if he so chose, there's nothing wrong with it. in the end, just look at the weapon, and if you like it, bid on it, if not, walk away.
