An unidentifed error code !!!

HI,
My Archer has a treasure box by King Slime Quest won ! But when I the treasure box want to open, follow this message:
An unidentifed error code has occured:1812 !
Please help me to open the box !!!

Is your inventory full( or almost full) per chance?

I got a simialar error, error 1814 and my invotary wasnt full, i emptied mine, i open the box to see what i got from my king slimy quest cause i was main tanker and wanted to see if it was worth is and my warrior got that error mesage and no stuff!

I was so simple !
I reloged in, open the box and...
Earrings, Light bow+3 and 3 HP-pots was inside !

after the error did box go away then relog and back again?
