Um i just bought one but ive boughten one before. although its only allowed me to use 15 dollars of it due to extra charges? even though on the site it says there are none. ps its a 20 dollar card. so i cant just click. buy 20 dollars worth as its only 10 5 and 25

So you are saying that your card is worth more or less than what is offered by SparkCash? Try redeeming your card on this site and see what happens. You said you were allowed to use 15 dollars to due extra charges. I would imagine that it would make sense for the system to charge you 15 dollars out of the 20 because 15 is the closest amount offered from SparkCash that matches to your card.
Is that right or am I misreading your issue?
